FILING A CLAIM AND ADJUSTMENT MEETING
After your inspection, this process is simple and takes few minutes. The information we provide is to help your insurance adjuster handle your adjustment
A Project Manager will take pictures of your property and do a preliminary inspection of the exterior to look for any storm damage.
Once Damage is found the company rep will show you the damaged areas(roofing,siding,gutters,etc.).
Next step is filing a claim. Our Project Manager will call your insurance company with you soon as finshed inspection and give the desk claim handler all the information they need to schedule a adjuster meeting.
After filing a claim the adjuster will call you within 24 to 48 hours with a date and time to do inspection on your home. (It's vital everyone knows the adjustment date. Please call to confirm adjustment date with Project Manager).
Project manager will meet the adjuster on the adjustment date to discuss the damages and scope of work . Average adjustment time is about 45 minutes to about an hour but it could take longer depending on how much of the property was damaged
